Original Civil War flag, museum description "Second flag of the Confederacy, 1863-1865", upper red wool square corner & dark blue wool cross w/ 13 white cotton hand stitched stars, light blue field, flag backed w/ corse linen for stability, handstitched all-over in honeycomb pattern w/ linen thread, heavy linen tape & 2 brass grommets for hanging, 7.5'X5.5', (major fabric losses, very dirty) poor.
