Summer day dress of roller printed cotton, double rows of floral bouquets separated by geometric bands printed on cream ground, front bodice gathered, 2-tier short sleeve w/ruching at SH, piped at Wband & armscye, early 1850s, B 32", W 28", L 52", (3" hole RT underarm w/repair evidence, 0.75” and 1” hole LF underarm w/repair evidence, 1” repair RT side waistband, 0.75” tear RT SH, 1” tear LF SH, 1” seam opening RT side seam below pocket w/1.5" & 2.5" tear either side, discoloration, 0.75" & 1" stain on lap, 0.25”-0.5” holes through skirt, holes up to 1” back of Wband, 2.5” repair back skirt above hem, 0.25”-0.75” holes CB skirt above hem, stains up to 1", tears to 1" CB collar, discoloration bodice lining, wear hem) Good.
