1 gent’s document case/wallet, Irish stitch lined w/ green calamanco, edged in green wool twill tape, likely New England, 1760-1790, 6.5” x 4”, (scattered small spots of stitching loss throughout, some discoloration throughout, few spots of fraying to trim, few tiny holes through lining) very good; 1 Irish stitch gent’s wallet, lined in pink calendered calamanco, bound in red wool twill tape, maker’s name “Eliza Cole” embroidered interior top edge, possibly betrothal or wedding gift, c. 1760-1780, 5.5” x 3.5”, (few spots of stitching loss, minor discoloration throughout, few spots of frayed trim, some small holes throughout lining, 1” tear in lining at flap) Very Good
