Complete set of toile bedroom hangings: 7 curtains, 7 valances & 1 bedspread of cotton copperplate printed w/ vignettes of flora, fauna & figures, 1 plain cotton canopy & 1 plain linen curtain, each curtain cinched 5 brass rings & lined w/ light brown cotton, from The Reuben Bliss House period rooms, textile orig. c. 1761, construction c. 1944 by “Ernest Lonanno, New York”, textile designed & signed by “Robert Jones & Co, Old Ford, London”, active c. 1761-1780, curtains approx. 27”-29”x91”, valances 12.5-16”x46”-77.5”, spread 68”x102”, (discoloration light-heavy, many repairs & darns up to 4”, lg patchwork repair elements to some panels, tiny-1.5” holes, bedspread thinning & tears to 6”, few stains to 1.5”, tarnish) Fair-good.
