1 coverlet of glazed block printed chintz in dense floral pattern, brown ground printed on cream, applied border of striped brown, off white & green woven tape, English, c. 1810-15, 64.25”x94”, (heavy shatter) Poor; 1 wholecloth quilt of block printed cotton w/ floral stripe pattern in blue & shades of brown, lined in light brown cotton, wool batting, English, c. 1825, 99.75” x 84”, (ext. shatter & loss, tears at border up to 9”) Poor; 1 floor cloth or blanket or bedcover of undyed wool block printed w/ pattern of leaves against abstracted meander on teasled & flattened surface, rolled & stitched at upper & lower edges, unlined, 1840-50, 99”x91”, (holes up to 8” holes, repairs to 1.5”) Fair-poor, (all w/ wear & discoloration) Provenance: Brooklyn Museum.
