1 bed cover of off linen hand embroidered w/ crewelwork central motifs of flower baskets surrounded by stylized flowers, binding of linen tape, linen backing w/ initials “CCM”, 1740s, New England, 85.5”x100.25”, (heavy shatter w/ many tears/holes up to 8", loss to embroidery, few repairs up to 1.5”, seam openings b/t border trim up to 18”) Fair; 1 natural linen curtain, self patch near 1 corner, c. 1800, 33.25”x74.25”, (sm holes/wear spots, 4”x4” patched repair, mends up to 1”, sm stains, wear, minor fraying); Good; t/w 1 flour bag of natural linen, unfinished at opening, 18th C, 10” x 13”, (3.5”x2” repair at base, 1” repair top, 0.25”-1” holes/wear spots, sm light stains, sm pulls) Good (all w/ varying discoloration) Provenance: Brooklyn Museum.
