1 light brown silk moire’ afternoon dress w/ manipulated pleated bias cut silk satin trim, deep cartridge pleated W, piped throughout w/ double piping to bodice edge, c. 1848, B 32”, W 22”, L 56”, (areas of moderate shatter throughout, esp. heavy shatter & shredding CB SH/sleeves & Wband) fair; 1 beige linen cape w/ double knife pleated ruffle to collar, CF opening, SH capelet & cuff, c. 1865, B 42”, L 52”, (scattered 0.25”-2” light stains,some light discoloration/tidemarks, few tiny holes & tiny-0.5” wear spots) very good.
