Black broad cloth pair trousers w/ gold stripe, 2 jackets w/ broad stripes on cuffs & 3-D silver stars appliqued above each cuff, buttons w/ eagles perched on anchor in gold repouse, stamped on back "Bellis & Co Annapolis": 1 tailcoat w/ shoulderfittings for epaulets (no epaulets included) & 1 frock coat w/ crudely sewn black silk crepe band on left sleeve, excellent.
