Wool broad cloth, narrow metallic stripes on cuffs, single notched collar, 9 pair double breasted front buttons, 2 buttons above & 2 at hem of CB skirt split, low waist seam front to back, buttons w/ eagles perched on anchor in gold repouse w/ silvermetal back & attached shank, printing illegible, black cotton lining quilted above skirt, 1 breast pocket, CH 38", L 40", (1 moth hole on skirt near seam .25"x.33") otherwise excellent.
