Printed cotton at-home dress/wrapper w/ shaped sailor collar, modest leg o’ mutton sleeve, pleated at either side of CF opening & at CB, original W tie, free front, plain cotton under bodice w/inserted flag material at CF, union field w/ 42 stars only produced between November, 1889-July 4th, 1890, B 37", W 28", L 57", (significant broad fading, few dark spot stains) very good.
