Cream cotton printed with dotted hexagon ground, overlaid with alternating flower sprigs in red and yellow or brown and blue, wide neckline with bias fabric band, full sleeves knife pleated at top, tapering to narrow wrists, inset 1.75" waistband, full skirt gathered to waistband, cotton hem facing and bodice lining, (center back fastenings missing, bias neckband frayed, few stains) good.
