Tabby cotton with narrow horizontal insertions of white eyelet, high neckline, piped seams, bodice gathered vertically, gigot sleeves gathered to 3.5" eyelet trimmed cuff, full skirt gathered to inset 1.5" waistband, back tie closure at neckline and brass hooks & eyes, (two large mends in skirt, skirt lengthened, few small holes, light stains) good.
